Let start with your global personal settings for the Zoho environment as a whole:
https://accounts.zoho.eu/home#setting/preference (please make sure that the language is English United Kingdom)
and your profile picture visible for everyone.

You may then visit your personal settings page in CRM:

Then design your very own personal signature here:

To synchronize your email with Zoho you must go there : https://crm.zoho.eu/crm/org20085151424/settings/email-configuration/email-settings connect with Office 365 and make sure that your email are marked as “Public -  share with everyone” , add exclude domaine: @wep.org


Last but not least, please integrate with Office365, enabling contacts, meetings and tasks:
https://crm.zoho.eu/crm/org20085151424/settings/extensions/microsoft/office-365

Please make sure that the 3 (contacts meetings and tasks are “active)
